The project envisions a large hydroponic agriculture park.
The challenge lies in developing alternative food production methods that do not compromise the few ecosystems that are still functioning.
One possible solution is the construction of hydroponic greenhouses, where food can be produced throughout the entire year.
HYDROGARDEN PROJECT
The project consists of a large hydroponic agriculture park.
The required structures are comparable to large greenhouses, here designed in seemingly random forms that create ever-changing, non-repetitive scenarios. These consist of aggregated greenhouse clusters arranged around a “vital center” responsible for water storage, nutrient supply, and energy distribution.
HYDROGARDEN is a greenhouse complex of significant scale that integrates the entire agri-food supply chain within a single structure—from indoor production to product commercialization, from the enhancement of local culture and tourism to the promotion of health and well-being—becoming the driving force of an integrated value chain.
